There was a party at the Hall on 18th June 2022 to celebrate the Winter Solstice, the arrival of the pizza oven, and various other reasons for hope. The change of government, the receding of the Covid-19 pandemic and a desire to rekindle the community in the Austinville Valley after so many cancellations from wet weather and Covid.
The music was provided by Felicity Lawless and MsElenious playing gypsy rock, with Jack O'Leary playing Irish music.
It was a lovely day.
